Superdrug freezes prices for own-brand cough and cold products
Superdrug is to freeze prices on its own-brand vitamins, supplements and cough, cold and flu products until March next year.
The company, which has already frozen the prices of more than 5,000 own-brand health and beauty products, said it wished to provide “continued support against the cost of living” during the winter months. It has guaranteed that prices on these products will not rise before March 2023.
Superdrug chief commercial officer Simon Comins said: “Accessible health is a core value at Superdrug. We understand how important it is to our customers to keep themselves and their families healthy during cough and cold season.
“Therefore, we are adding further products to our price freeze so we can support customers in winter-proofing their health over the next few months.”
