Building a nutritional foundation

 

The nutrition that infants receive during their first 1,000 days of life can have a significant impact on long-term health outcomes.1-4

Breastfeeding provides babies with the best possible start in life and all mothers should breastfeed if possible.4-6 However, some mothers cannot breastfeed, or may choose not to.
